LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

At NOVUS, we work with the finest craftsmen to bring our jewelry designs to life. Our premium-quality jewelry is made to last and made to look good. Since we are confident in our designs and stand behind our products, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to every eligible customer. Below is what our warranty covers:

What Our Warranty Covers

  • Any damages as a result of manufacturing defects or a fault in the design
  • Any fading or tarnishing (not from use)
  • Chains, bracelets, or clasps that fall apart (not from use)
  • Missing stones or stones falling out
  • Items that arrive damaged

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

We do not cover external damages that are not caused by a fault in the design, including:

  • Lost items
  • Scratches
  • Accidental damage (bent ring, broken chain)
  • Abuse, improper use, or improper storage
  • Excessive wear or lack of care

How to Start a Warranty Claim

To inquire about any issues with your NOVUS jewelry, please contact us at novusofficialhelp@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Full Name
  2. Order Number (#novus00000)
  3. Description of the issue
  4. Photos of the damage

We will respond within 24 hours to assist you with your claim.

If you encounter an issue with your jewelry within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will provide you with a refund, unless a replacement is preferred.

After 30 days, we will provide you with a replacement. If the item is out of stock at the time of your claim, we will issue a store credit code that can be applied to a new order.

We reserve the right to reject any warranty claims suspected to be fraudulent.


Warranty Claims for International Orders

  • All international orders experiencing a manufacturing defect are eligible for a refund (excluding shipping costs) within the first 30 days from the date the order is received.
  • After 30 days, we will provide store credit for the paid amount of the defective item only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • This will conclude the open warranty case and end the lifetime warranty.

Warranty Claims for Watches

  • Watches experiencing a manufacturing defect are covered under our 365-day warranty from the date the order is received.
  • After this period, warranty claims for watches will no longer be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
  • This policy applies exclusively to our watch collection and differs from our lifetime warranty for other products.
