Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving an order. Please ensure that the item being returned or exchanged is unworn and includes original tags.

We do not offer exchanges for out-of-stock items.

Return and Exchange Process

All returns and exchanges should be mailed to:

Please include an instruction message inside the package with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Is it a return or an exchange?
  • If an exchange, specify the item you want in exchange

Once we receive your package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

International Orders

We have no control over customs fees, as they vary by country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.

Shipping and Handling Times

95% of all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Priority orders are always shipped before standard orders. We do not ship orders over weekends or holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

The cut-off time for same-day shipping for second-day and overnight orders is 10 AM CET. Orders placed after that time will most likely be shipped the following business day.
