Domestic Orders (Spain)

Free standard shipping within Spain for orders €25 and up, unless a faster shipping option is selected at checkout.
Orders below €25 will incur a €4.99 delivery fee.

International Orders

Shipping prices will be reflected at checkout depending on the destination and weight of your order. At this time, we do not offer free international shipping. Customers are responsible for customs fees, which vary by country and must be paid to receive the package.

For quick and reliable international shipping, please select DHL.

Arrival times depend on the selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (Spain)

  • Correos Express Next Day Delivery - 1 Business Day
  • Correos Standard Shipping - 2-3 Business Days
  • SEUR Standard Shipping - 2-3 Business Days
  • DHL Express (Spain) - 1-2 Business Days

International Shipping

  • Correos Internacional Priority - 5-15 Business Days depending on the country
  • Correos Internacional Standard - 2-5 weeks depending on the country
  • DHL Express International - Approximately 1 week, depending on the country

Please note: The cut-off time for same-day shipping is 10 AM CET. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.


ORDER & PROCESSING

How long will my order take to process?

95% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

The cut-off time for same-day shipping for Express and Next Day Orders is 10 AM CET. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

If your order hasn’t left our warehouse, we can modify it. If it has already been shipped, we cannot change items or sizes, but we can update the shipping address if needed.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once tracking information is available, we are unable to cancel the order.


DELIVERY ISSUES

  • We do not reship or refund orders if the package is lost or stolen, as this is an issue with the carrier. Please reach out to the carrier for assistance, and feel free to contact us at novusofficialhelp@gmail.com.
  • Refunds are not available for delayed packages due to carrier-related issues. However, if express shipping was purchased and delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us for assistance.
  • International Deliveries: If a carrier does not deliver to the provided address, we will have to cancel the order, and the customer will need to place a new order with the recommended carrier.
